What does it mean to "Cut the Cord"? It's about canceling cable or satellite services and being able to watch television shows online, as well as options that would allow you to get rid of your landline. This class will not only show you the wide variety of options out there, but also teach you some tools to decide if cutting the cord is right for you.  No devices are required, just bring yourself.  This is an in-person class.

Improve your flexibility, strength, balance and posture as you move in and out of a variety of yoga poses. All levels are welcome. Leave class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. This is an in-person class, designed as a drop-in class and, for the $90 registration fee, you may attended a total of 8 classes January through April. The class meets on Wednesday and Friday mornings, 10:00a-11:00a. We hope you will like the convenience of this arrangement.
