Morning Hatha Yoga will allow you to begin your day energized and ready to go. Traditional postures and conscious breathing are used in this invigorating class to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. Modifications are given to allow students to adapt their practice according to their personal needs in this all-levels Hatha yoga class. Hannah was trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at ShivaShakti School of Yoga in Camden and has been practicing yoga for over 12 years.
