Yoga is for everyone, no one is too old or too stiff. Learn yoga poses with a focus on individual ability and work toward body alignment. The teacher’s goal is to help others realize and enjoy the physical, mental, and soul benefits of a regular yoga practice.
Molly has been a yoga student, practicing Kripalu and Iyengar yoga, for over 30 years, becoming a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher in 2010.
