Gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques, and breath work are used to keep women’s bodies strong and open as they prepare for the birth of their new baby. We will focus on soothing common mental and physical discomforts of pregnancy while building awareness, strengthening and relaxing the body in this class designed specifically for women in all stages of pregnancy. Also appropriate for postnatal students easing into a yoga practice. No yoga experience is necessary. Mats and props will be provided.
