Mindfulness: Tools for Well-Being
with Jennifer Harry
Drawing from the areas of Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, Brain Science, and Resiliency, this 4-week series will explore specific tools and practices we can use to enhance our level of well-being and flourish in life. Topics to be included are reducing stress in a busy world, increasing awareness, presence and intention in our lives, as well as rebounding from adversity and strengthening relationships. Makeup class (if needed) 11/14/18.
Jen Harry is a mindfulness and meditation teacher committed to helping people manage stress and live mindfully and meaningfully. She has a BA in Psychology and has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. She is certified in methods Japanese Psychology, Applied Positive Psychology, and has attended trainings for facilitating Mind-Body Skills Groups. Jen is the founder/owner of Infusion Mindfulness.
