Research shows that practicing Mindfulness reduces stress and increases your well-being. In this workshop, we will do a quick review of the key principles of mindfulness and then learn and practice some simple techniques that will help you incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life.

Jen Harry is a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher committed to helping people manage stress and live mindfully and meaningfully. She has a BA in Psychology and has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years.
