Yoga is for everyone, no one is too old or too stiff. Molly teaches yoga poses with a focus on individual ability and working toward body alignment. Her goal is to help others realize and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice. No class 11/28/19 or 12/26/18.
