Kripalu Yoga for Everyone (Session 1)

Yoga is for everyone, no one is too old or too stiff. Molly teaches yoga poses with a focus on individual ability and working toward body alignment. Her goal is to help others realize and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of a regular yoga practice. Molly Shields has been a yoga student, practicing Kripalu and Iyengar yoga for over 30 years. In 2010, she became a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga ever since.
