Release deeply held tension and stress with a Guided Relaxation called Yoga Nidra. Using blankets and mats, the students find a comfortable place to rest on their back and are led through a guided meditation where they completely relax their entire body. This deep relaxation practice can help relieve stress and anxiety, transform negative habits, improve focus, and improve sleep.
Hannah Hannah Horecka was trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at ShivaShakti School of Yoga in Camden, Maine. She has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and owns Quiet Strength Yoga Studio in Ellsworth. Her teachings are focused on proper alignment and body mechanics to heal and strengthen every body.
