FXP Hula Hoop Fitness (Monday Session 1)

FXP Hula Hoop Fitness is a holistic exercise program that blends cardio hooping and strength training with interval training based on elements of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre. The FXP Hula Hoop® is precisely sized and weighted to help users shed pounds, lose inches from their waistline, and sculpt their entire body, all while smiling. No experience necessary. Hoops are provided for the class. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. This class is accessible to ALL fitness levels. No class 01/16/17 or 02/20/17. Makeup class (if needed) 03/20/17.
