Ellsworth Adult and Community Education

Are you struggling to maintain your dog's coat at home between grooms?  Have you always wanted to learn the basics to coat and skin care?  If so, this is the class for you!  Care for different coat types, maintenance of your dog’s coat between professional grooming sessions, safely performing trims for maintenance, and more will be covered. This is an in-person class.

Your instructors are Haily and Elissa of Something to Wag About. Owner Elissa has been grooming for ten years, is Fear Free certified and is an internationally certified groomer.  Elissa is also the Small Business Administrations Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the entire state of Maine! Haily has been grooming for three years and was taught directly by Elissa. Both women are excited to share their years of experience and knowledge.
