with Sonia Groesbeck

The STOP THE BLEED® Interactive Course guides you through the three methods of bleeding control using video demonstrations, interactive learning, and spontaneous quizzes.

Instead of being a witness, you can become an immediate responder because you know how to STOP THE BLEED®.
The person next to a bleeding victim may very well be the one who’s most likely to save him or her from bleeding to death. By learning how to STOP THE BLEED®, you’ll gain the ability to recognize life-threatening bleeding, and act quickly and effectively to control bleeding once you learn three quick techniques.
Take the STOP THE BLEED® training course and become empowered to make a life or death difference when a bleeding emergency happens.

In this year-long series of art classes we'll explor nature's rhythms across the four seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. Each class session focuses on onbserving and captureing seasonal changes in plants, animals and weather through drawing, watercolor and ink. Students will connect with the environment through hands-on activities, embracing the stillness of winter, renewal of spring, abundance of summer and transition of fall. Join us for one season or experience the full cycle. Each session offers a deeper appreciation of nature's contact transformations For supplies, we will use large drawing pads, pencils, pens and charcoal.
